Less list-building.
More reasons to reach out.

nteni reads your specialist offer, narrows the market, and makes a case for every company it selects. You see that case, the contact check, and the draft before outreach begins.

Stage 01

Read

Parses the site — product pages, pricing, and the language already in use — into a structured profile of the company, the offer, and the need it addresses.

Writes
A company and offer profile, with the source of each claim shown beside it.
Where you intervene
If the profile describes something you stopped selling, correct it here. Every later stage is built on this object, so a fix at this point propagates through all of them.
Stage 02

Map

Places the offer in a category and finds the alternatives a buyer would realistically consider, including the ones that are not software.

Writes
A market comparison naming each alternative, its approach, and where you differ.
Where you intervene
Add an alternative the research missed, or remove one you never compete with. The comparison is what later gives the drafts something specific to say.
Stage 03

Score

Proposes candidate audience segments and scores each one on fit, writing the reasoning rather than just the number.

Writes
Ranked segments, each with a score and the argument behind it.
Where you intervene
You choose which segment the pipeline pursues. Nothing is searched until you do — this is the decision that shapes the cost and the shape of the campaign.
Stage 04

Match

Finds prospects inside the segment you selected and records why each one appears on the list.

Writes
A prospect list with a per-row reason for inclusion and the source of the record.
Where you intervene
Check whether the reason is persuasive enough to justify an introduction. Remove anyone who does not belong before a message is written, or import your own contacts by CSV.
Stage 05

Verify

Checks every address for syntax, MX records, catch-all domains, disposable providers, and role accounts, and records the consent source for consumer contacts.

Writes
A per-address state — deliverable, catch-all, role account, excluded — visible per contact.
Where you intervene
Nothing is hidden behind a deliverability percentage. You see the state of each address and decide what to keep.
Stage 06

Draft

Writes one message per recipient, built from the approved strategy and what is known about that specific contact.

Writes
A review queue: one editable draft per recipient, with the personalised passages marked.
Your decision
This is where the pipeline stops. Edit, skip, or approve — and approval is the event that activates the campaign. There is no setting that removes this step.

Four points where it stops and waits

Review costs, targeting, recipients, and drafts before they shape your outreach.

01

Budget before activity

A total daily cap is set before the first operation runs, with the forecast shown at that level. Campaigns stop at the cap rather than spending past it, and the cap is editable at any time.

02

Evidence before targeting

The company profile, market comparison, and audience scores are on screen and editable before a single prospect is searched.

03

Recipients before messages

The prospect list, the per-address verification state, and the source of every contact are visible before drafting starts.

04

Approval before activation

Drafts sit in a review queue, editable, until someone approves them. That approval is the event that activates the campaign.
