The agreement
These terms are between you and nteni (“nteni”, “we”). By creating an account you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind it.

nteni reads a website, researches the market around it, scores an audience, matches prospects, verifies addresses, and drafts one message per recipient. It sends those messages from a mailbox you connect.
Nothing is sent until a person approves that campaign’s drafts, and an approval applies only to the revision it was given for — editing a campaign afterwards requires a fresh approval. There is no setting that removes this step.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in details and API keys to yourself. Activity through them counts as yours.
- Tell us promptly at support@example.com if you think an account has been compromised.
- You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and using the product must be lawful there.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the sender name and postal address your messages carry.
Acceptable use
You may not use nteni to:
- Contact people you have no lawful basis to contact, or import consumer contacts without a recorded consent source.
- Send anything deceptive: a false sender identity, a misleading subject line, or claims about your product you cannot support.
- Ignore an unsubscribe or a direct request to stop. Both add the address to the suppression list, and circumventing that list is a breach of these terms.
- Send unlawful, harassing, or infringing content, or anything that breaches the terms of the mailbox provider you connect.
- Probe, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, or resell it as your own.
We may suspend an account that breaches this section. Where the breach is serious or ongoing we may do so without notice, and we will tell you why.
Your content
What you put into nteni stays yours — websites, briefs, documents, prospect records, drafts and replies. You grant us only the licence needed to run the service for you: to store that content, pass the necessary parts to the processors named in the privacy policy, and display it back to you. We do not use it to train our own models, and the licence ends when the content is deleted.
Credit and billing
- nteni is prepaid and charged per operation — research, verification, drafting, sending — not per seat.
- Each operation’s price is shown in the workspace before it runs, and an operation is charged only when it actually runs.
- An operation is refused rather than run when your balance will not cover it.
- Payments are taken by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe and never reach us.
- Credit does not expire while your account is open. Unused credit is non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise, or where we have charged you in error — tell us and we will put it right.
Availability
We aim to keep nteni available and to warn you before planned maintenance, but we do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee, and third-party outages — a mailbox provider, a data source, a payment processor — can interrupt the service. Operations that fail because of an outage are not charged.
Warranties and liability
nteni is provided as it is. Research and drafts are produced by automated systems and can be wrong: you are the one who reviews and approves them, and you are responsible for the messages you send and for complying with the marketing and data-protection law that applies to you.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or goodwill; and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.
Ending the agreement
You may close your account at any time. We may end the agreement on 30 days’ notice, or immediately for a serious breach of the acceptable-use section. On closure your workspace content is deleted on the schedule in the privacy policy; export anything you want to keep first. Suppression entries are kept, because removing them would let a stopped campaign start again.
Changes and governing law
We may change these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed, and we email account holders before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use nteni after that means you accept the new version. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
