API keys and lead webhooks

Connect a workspace to your tools while keeping keys and lead notifications under control.

Create an API key

Generate a key from workspace settings. Copy it when it appears; nteni stores only a hash and cannot show the full key again. Replace the key if it is exposed.

Lead webhook

A workspace can save an HTTPS webhook URL for lead notifications. The endpoint must be reachable by the server. Delivery is best effort; a webhook outage does not turn a lead into a failed campaign.

Security basics

  • Keep the API key in a server-side secret store.
  • Send it only to the nteni API over HTTPS.
  • Do not place it in browser code or a public repository.
  • Rotate it when access changes.

Troubleshooting

If a webhook cannot be saved, check that it is a public HTTPS URL and that the server can reach it. If a key stops working, replace it in the workspace and update the service that uses it.
