Import your own contacts
Bring an existing list into a campaign and understand how verification and suppression apply.
When to import
Import contacts when you already know the companies or people you want to reach. This skips prospect discovery; it does not skip verification, suppression, or drafting.
Prepare the list
Use a CSV with one person per row. Include a business email, name, company, and role where you have them. Keep the company domain and reason for inclusion so the message can be grounded in the right context.
After import
nteni checks contact eligibility and verification state and applies the organisation-wide suppression list. A row that cannot be verified or is suppressed will not silently become a sendable lead.
Consumer contacts
Consumer campaigns use contacts you supply and require a recorded consent source. A public company search is not used to source consumer email addresses.
