How recipient drafts are written
See which facts enter a draft, what personalization means, and how corrections work.
One draft per recipient
nteni combines the offer profile, campaign instructions, company fit reason, and recipient context to write an introduction. The goal is to connect a visible problem to a relevant offer without inventing private knowledge or urgency.
What belongs in a draft
- A concise reason for contacting this company.
- The business problem the offer addresses.
- A claim supported by the researched profile.
- A simple next step that does not presume interest.
What does not belong
Do not treat a match as proof of buying intent. A draft should not claim that a recipient visited your site, opened an email, or is already evaluating vendors unless the campaign has evidence for that statement.
Change a message
You can edit an individual draft or change the campaign instructions. Edits to an approved campaign create a new revision and require a fresh approval before sending.
