Set sending pace and budgets
Understand prepaid credit, daily limits, recipient hours, and what happens when work is paused.
Prepaid operations
Research, discovery, verification, drafting, and sending are charged as separate operations. The workspace shows the price before an operation runs. If available credit or a configured budget cannot cover the work, the operation is refused.
Daily cap
A daily budget limits the total charged to a workspace or campaign. The cap is a spend boundary, not a promise that a specific number of prospects or messages will be produced.
Recipient working hours
Scheduled messages follow the recipient’s local business hours where the location is known. Mailbox capacity and sending intervals can delay a queued message further.
Pause and resume
Pausing stops queued work. A message already in flight may complete. Resuming a campaign can require approval again because a previous approval is cleared when a campaign is paused.
