Drafting is not sending

Creating a draft does not place it in a send queue. Approval is the event that activates the campaign.

Review before activation

• The offer and facts the message may use
• The audience and exclusions
• Every recipient and contact state
• The first email and follow-up instructions
• The daily budget and sending window
• The organisation-wide suppression list

What pausing does

Pausing stops queued work. A message already being processed may complete. The workspace states that boundary instead of promising an instantaneous recall.
